Onboarding

From request to recruiting in four steps.

Every site is reviewed by our team before it can see candidates. Here is what that looks like.

  1. Find your site

    Search for your facility. If it is already listed, claim it. If not, register a new site and pre-fill its details from ClinicalTrials.gov or enter them yourself.

  2. Verify your work email

    We email you a code to confirm the address belongs to you.

  3. Administrator review

    Our team reviews each request and may ask for supporting documents, such as a staff ID or an authorization letter. You get a reference number to track it.

  4. Sign in and recruit

    Once approved, your team signs in and finds the protocols linked to your site, ready to recruit. Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app is supported.

De-identified by design

Recruit without carrying raw personal data.

Your team works with the information it needs to recruit. Identity stays protected until a participant chooses to share it.

  • Participant-IDs throughout. The candidate pool, messages and reports use opaque codes instead of names.
  • Consent comes first. A participant's health information reaches your site only after they give consent, and they can revoke it.
  • Reports leave clean. Sponsor shares carry aggregate counts and Participant-IDs only.
  • Roles for the whole study team. The platform has roles for principal investigators, sub-investigators and study coordinators.
